Dormitoryana is an all ladies' dormitory along Katipunan Avenue. The building complex is situated on the corner and rises up to 4 stories, where from the roof decks you can get a view of the nearby campuses of both Miriam College and Ateneo with picturesque mountains as backdrop. It is an ideal place for students, both local and foreign because of its proximity to Ateneo de Manila University, Miriam College and the other schools in the Katipunan-Diliman area. Some student graduates or young professionals might also be interested in staying there because of its reasonable and affordable rates, aside from its useful amenities.

It is an ideal home away from home for its dormers, where its rooms and facilities cater to student needs or ladies and young professionals living independently and on a budget. Their amenities include: a water purifying station, prayer room, leisure pads, provisions for hot water and room airconditioning, entry/exit monitoring system and closed circuit TV to support the 24-hour lady security guards. They also have internet-ready rooms with dsl connection.
